Elaine Irwin joined Almay in February 2004 as a Brand Ambassador, appearing in numerous global, multimedia advertising campaigns including television, print, in-store and online placements.
She has previously been featured in advertising campaigns for Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Victoria's Secret. A native of Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, Irwin began modeling at the age of 16 and has graced the covers of more than 50 magazines including Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Allure, Harper’s Bazaar and Self.
A mother of two, Irwin spends much of her free time with her family and devotes considerable effort to community leadership roles. She supports Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Tibetan Cultural Center, Farm Aid, and even served as the spokeswoman for the Indy Racing League in 2001. That same year, Irwin made history when she became the first woman ever to drive a pace car in the Indianapolis 500.
