PATCH TEST MATERIALS: In the event of an alleged reaction to an Almay product, the appropriate materials for patch testing are made available without charge to the patient’s physician on request.

CUSTOMIZED FORMULATIONS FOR PATIENTS WITH COSMETIC PROBLEMS: Where feasible, customized formulations are provided at nominal cost to patients. Physician confirmation of the offending ingredient(s) is required. Replacement products are recommended where it is felt substitution is appropriate.
