• For a natural, face-framing effect, be sure your eyebrows are dry and clean of any other makeup
• Brush the mascara through each brow in short, upward strokes, beginning at the inner part of the brow near your nose and working outward through the tail
• If you want to do a second coat, apply it right away before the first coat dries
• Wait a minute or two for the formula to dry, then hands-off your brows until you're ready to take off your makeup
